Conditions We Treat
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that interfere with daily functioning and development. While commonly presenting during childhood, ADHD often continues into adulthood. Effective treatment can improve concentration and focus, reduce hyperactive and impulsive behaviors, and enhance academic and occupational performance.

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
ADD is a subtype of ADHD primarily characterized by inattention without significant hyperactivity. It frequently affects daily functioning and can impact academic and professional performance. Through targeted treatment, individuals experience increased focus and attention, improved academic and occupational performance, and better time and task management.

Depression
Depression is a mood disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in daily activities. It can significantly impact a person's ability to function at work, school, or in social settings. Treatment leads to improved mood and increased motivation, enhanced quality of life, better coping skills, emotional regulation, and reduction of suicidal thoughts and behaviors.

Treatment-Resistant Depression
Treatment-resistant depression occurs when standard treatments such as antidepressants and therapy do not alleviate symptoms. This condition may require advanced therapeutic approaches and medication adjustments. Successful treatment can reduce depressive symptoms, improve mood and functioning, and increase hope and quality of life.

Anxiety
Anxiety disorders involve excessive fear, worry, or nervousness that can interfere with daily functioning. These include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder. Effective treatment reduces anxiety symptoms, enhances stress management abilities, and improves quality of life and daily functioning.

Social Anxiety Disorder
Social anxiety disorder is characterized by intense fear of social situations where one might be judged or embarrassed. With appropriate treatment, individuals experience reduced social anxiety symptoms, increased confidence and social participation, and enhanced quality of life.

Anger Management
Chronic anger can damage relationships, career prospects, and personal wellbeing. Our psychiatric approach identifies anger triggers and underlying causes while developing healthier emotional regulation techniques. Treatment equips patients with practical coping skills to transform destructive patterns into constructive responses.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD is characterized by intrusive, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety. These symptoms can significantly interfere with daily functioning and quality of life. Treatment helps reduce compulsive behaviors and intrusive thoughts, improves coping strategies, decreases anxiety, and enhances daily functioning.

Postpartum Depression
Postpartum depression is a mood disorder that can affect women after childbirth, leading to severe emotional changes. Effective treatment enhances mother-infant bonding, improves mood and well-being, and reduces the risk of long-term mental health issues.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD develops after exposure to a traumatic event, causing severe anxiety, flashbacks, and emotional numbness. Treatment reduces distressing symptoms, improves the ability to cope with trauma-related triggers, and enhances emotional stability, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.

Panic Disorders
Panic disorder is characterized by recurrent and unexpected panic attacks, accompanied by persistent concern about having more attacks. Specialized treatment reduces panic attack frequency and intensity, improves coping skills during episodes, and restores confidence in daily activities and social functioning.

Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder is characterized by alternating episodes of depression and mania or hypomania. These mood swings can significantly affect daily life. Treatment stabilizes mood and reduces mood swings, improves daily functioning, and lowers the risk of self-harm and hospitalization.

Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early and being unable to return to sleep. It can be acute (short-term) or chronic (lasting for months). Effective treatment improves sleep quality and duration, enhances daytime alertness and mood, and reduces stress and improves cognitive function.

Stress
Stress disorders involve overwhelming psychological responses to challenging situations, causing distress and functional impairment. Treatment provides symptom management through personalized therapy, medication, and effective coping strategies in a supportive environment, restoring balance and improving quality of life.

Alcohol Use Disorder
Alcohol use disorder ranges from mild to severe dependence, impacting physical health, relationships, and daily functioning. Our psychiatric treatment provides structured support through personalized therapy, medication options, and recovery strategies, helping patients achieve sobriety and rebuild healthy, fulfilling lives.
