Insurance and Payment Options
At Spring Valley Wellness Center, LLC, we are committed to making quality mental health care accessible and affordable. We proudly accept various insurance plans, credit cards, debit cards, and cash to help cover the cost of your treatment.
If your insurance provider is not listed, don't hesitate to contact our office to discuss out-of-network options or private pay rates.
Verifying Your Coverage
Before your first appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health coverage and any co-pays or deductibles.
Out-of-Network and Private Pay Options
If we do not accept your insurance, you may still receive services on a private pay basis. We can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Cash Pay Clients/Out-of-Network/Additional Fees
New Patient Initial Evaluation: 60 minutes - $350
This online initial appointment is for new patients only.

One of our providers will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand a patient’s mental health concerns, medical history, and treatment needs. The provider will discuss with the patients about their symptoms, personal and family history, and current stressors. The provider will establish a diagnosis, develop a treatment plan, and provide appropriate recommendations for care.
Follow-Up Evaluations: 20-30 minutes - $200-$250
This online follow-up appointment is for existing patients only.

One of our providers will conduct a follow-up evaluation of the patient, based on the patient’s diagnosis, and symptoms, the provider may prescribe medications such as antidepressants, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, or anti-anxiety medications to help manage symptoms, assess the effectiveness of the medication, and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions. Adjustments to dosage or medication type may be made as needed to optimize outcomes. These sessions may incorporate brief supportive therapy which focuses on providing coping strategies, emotional support, and personalized guidance to help manage mental health challenges.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please note that no refunds will be given after a service has been provided.
Appointment Policy
At Spring Valley Wellness Center, LLC we value your time and commitment to your mental health journey. To ensure that we can provide quality care to all our clients, we have established the following appointment policies:
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service. No-shows prevent other clients from accessing available appointment times, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
No-Show Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $150 cancellation fee. This policy allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be in need.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a No-Show and will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the service. Please arrive promptly for your appointment to make the most of your time with us.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To avoid charges, please contact our office or use our online scheduling platform to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
